Why can’t I book a Bang/Fringe Trim or a Neck Cleanup?

We only book by the hour at J’adore. However, for light maintenance like fringe trims and neck trims, we offer our BANG TRIM HAPPY HOUR: a 15-minute dry cutting appointment available with select stylists at designated times throughout the week. Appointments can be booked online & are 1/4 of the stylists hourly rate.

Why can’t I book a Men’s cut, Barber cut, or Kids cut?

We are a safe space for all people & all haircuts & want to make sure we have the time to give you the cut that reflects who you are. We do not gender our haircuts.

We will cut children’s hair (age 10+) but this is still an hourly service at the stylists set rate. There is no “kids cut” price or discount. Please make sure if you are bringing your child that their hair is detangled and ready to cut.

We love kids but do not recommend bringing young children to the salon as there are sharp tools, cords, and chemical services being preformed.

Why is the door locked?

J’adore is an intimate salon with only 1-3 stylists working at a time. To ensure safety of our guests and our stylists, the door may be locked. If locked, a stylist will let you when you arrive.

Is there a Front Desk Associate I can speak with about booking or products?

We don’t have support staff at J’adore, so the easiest way to book is through our online scheduling system under the Appointments tab. You’ll find clear service options and examples of what can typically be done within each time frame.
