RISE is J’adore Brooklyn’s structured professional development track for licensed stylists building their careers within an education-driven salon environment.

Designed to cultivate long-term success behind the chair, RISE integrates advanced, in-house education directly into the salon experience. Stylists work with guests while continuing to strengthen their technical foundation through focused refinement in modern cutting, elevated color techniques, consultation, and professional standards — all under the direction of Founder and Director of Education, Amanda Moore.

For clients, RISE offers access to J’adore’s signature approach to hair at an alternate price point, with the assurance that every service is supported by the salon’s commitment to craftsmanship, consistency, and high-level execution.
