Late Arrival, Cancellation & No Show Policy
At J’adore, we respect your time and our stylists’ schedules. When you reserve an appointment, that time is held exclusively for you and is no longer available to another guest. Because of this, the following policies apply:
Adjusting Appointment Length
You are responsible for the full duration of the time you book. If you need to shorten or modify your appointment, changes must be made before the 24-hour window.
Requests to reduce your appointment at the time of service will result in a late-cancellation charge of 50% for the unused portion of the reserved time.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
No Shows
Missing an appointment without notice will result in a charge for 100% of the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 15 minutes late is considered a No Show, and the full fee will apply. Services cannot be extended or discounted due to late arrival. If your stylist is okay to move forward with the appointment, the remaining time will be used to complete as much of the service that is possible.

Service Adjustment Policy
Please note that we do not offer refunds on services. If you require an adjustment, kindly contact us at 347-223-2366 or info@jadorebk.com within the same week of your appointment. Adjustments are honored within 2 weeks of the original booking.
